Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Baptiste Clan LLC, we strive to ensure your products are delivered efficiently and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our shipping methods, delivery timelines, costs, and procedures for both domestic and government shipments.
We coordinate with our network of manufacturers, distributors, and logistics partners to provide reliable delivery across the United States.
Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) may be available upon request.
International Shipping:
At this time, Baptiste Clan LLC focuses on domestic U.S. delivery. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our team directly for a custom quote.
APO/FPO/DPO Addresses:
We ship to military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery to these destinations.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with major carriers to ensure reliable delivery:
- FedEx (Ground, Express, Freight)
- UPS (Ground, Next Day Air, Freight)
- USPS (Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express)
- DHL (for expedited needs)
- Specialized Freight Carriers (for large furniture or bulk orders)
For government contracts, we can accommodate required shipping methods as specified in your RFP or contract terms.
Processing Times
Order processing begins once your order is confirmed and payment is verified.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT may begin processing the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin after processing is complete:
Standard Ground Shipping:
- West Coast: 1-3 business days
- Central U.S.: 3-5 business days
- East Coast: 4-7 business days
Expedited Shipping:
- Next Day Air: 1 business day
- 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
Freight Delivery (Furniture, Bulk Items):
- 5-10 business days (curbside delivery)
- Appointment required for inside delivery
Government Contract Deliveries:
- Timelines will be specified in your contract
- Multi-location deliveries coordinated centrally
Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier schedules, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected
- Delivery location
- Order value
- Urgency (expedited vs. standard)
Small Parcel Orders:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates. We do not markup shipping costs — you pay the carrier's rate.
Bulk Orders & Freight:
For large orders requiring freight shipping, a custom quote will be provided. This includes:
- Curbside delivery
- Liftgate service (if required — additional fee may apply)
- Inside delivery (available upon request — additional fee)
Government Contract Shipping:
Shipping costs will be specified in your contract or quote. FOB destination terms available upon request.
Free Shipping:
Free standard ground shipping may be available on qualifying orders over a certain amount. Check product pages or contact us for current promotions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s)
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your package

For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
Receiving Your Delivery
Small Parcel Deliveries:
- Delivered to your specified address
- May be left at door if safe and no signature required
- Signature may be required for high-value orders
Freight Deliveries:
- Curbside delivery is standard (driver unloads to tailgate)
- You are responsible for moving items inside
- Inside delivery available at additional cost — must be requested in advance
- Inspect all items before signing delivery receipt
Government Facility Deliveries:
- Must comply with facility security requirements
- May require appointment or clearance
- Deliveries coordinated with your receiving department
Inspection & Damage Claims
Inspect Immediately:
You must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.
Visible Damage:
If there is visible damage to packaging, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Open and inspect contents immediately. Photograph damage and contact us within 48 hours.
Concealed Damage:
If damage is discovered after opening, photograph the damage and save all packaging. Contact us within 5 business days at claims@baptisteclanllc.com.
Freight Shipments:
For freight deliveries, inspect thoroughly before signing. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading. Refuse delivery if damage is severe.
We will work with you and the carrier to file claims and arrange replacements or refunds as appropriate.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives missing items or contains incorrect products:
- Check packing slip against items received
- Verify if items shipped separately (multiple boxes)
- Contact us within 5 business days at orders@baptisteclanllc.com
Include your order number, description of the issue, and photographs if applicable. We will investigate and arrange for replacements or corrections promptly.
Delivery Issues & Address Changes
Incorrect Address:
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot redirect packages once shipped. You may be responsible for forwarding costs or re-shipping fees.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
If carrier attempts delivery and cannot complete, the package may be held at a local facility or returned to sender. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Delayed Deliveries:
While most deliveries arrive on time, carriers may experience delays due to weather, peak seasons, or other factors. We will assist in tracking but cannot guarantee delivery dates once packages are with carriers.
Holiday Deliveries:
During peak holiday periods, please allow additional transit time. Order early to ensure delivery by desired dates.
Government & B2B Special Requirements
For government agency deliveries and B2B contracts:
Delivery Location Requirements:
- Provide any special access instructions
- Notify security/receiving departments in advance
- Specify any delivery windows or restrictions
Multiple Location Deliveries:
We coordinate multi-site deliveries centrally. You will receive a consolidated shipping report with tracking for all locations.
Government Inspections:
Deliveries to government facilities may be subject to inspection. We comply with all applicable requirements.
Special Handling:
If your order requires special handling (hazmat, temperature control, etc.), notify us at time of quote.
Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our separate Return Policy for detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds. In summary:
- Most products may be returned within 30 days
- Custom/branded merchandise cannot be returned
- Damaged items covered under inspection policy
- Refunds processed after inspection of returned items

- Hazardous materials (limited ground shipping only)
- Oversized items (may require freight)
